Welcome to RevizPro, an educational mobile application designed and developed by Laurent Lach, based in Switzerland ("Developer", "we", "our", "us").
By downloading or using RevizPro (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License and Ownership
- The App, including its design, code, text, images, and other materials, is the intellectual property of the Developer.
- We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or reverse-engineer it, except as permitted by applicable law.
3. Educational Disclaimer
RevizPro is provided for learning support and entertainment.
While it is designed to help users improve their knowledge, no specific educational outcome or success is guaranteed.
Users should always verify answers and information from authoritative educational sources.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
- The App may include in-app purchases (IAPs) or subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store.
- All payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled via your Apple ID account, subject to Apple's terms.
- Prices and available features may change over time.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple, according to their App Store refund policy. The Developer cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
6. Data and Privacy
The App stores only minimal data locally (such as learning progress or achievements). Optional analytics or cloud sync are subject to the Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, trade, or rent user information.
7. Liability and Warranties
- The App is provided "as is" and without any warranty, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or error-free performance.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages (including data loss, loss of profits, or learning outcomes) arising from the use or inability to use the App.
8. Age and Parental Consent
RevizPro may be used by children under parental supervision.
If the user is under 13, the parent or guardian must provide consent before use.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or features of the App at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or App Store listing.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete it from your devices.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Vaud shall have jurisdiction.
